As part of the certification program as a Family Law specialist, Diane Rowley received training and experience specific to the field of mediation of disputes and has mediated numerous cases in whole or in part without the need for litigation or court intervention. Additionally, partner Richard Van Sickle has undergone many hours of formal training in family law mediation.

Each of our attorneys is aware of and endorses the local Family Law Court’s emphasis on civility and cooperation in the practice of family law. This includes good faith efforts to solve problems sooner rather than later, the easy way not the hard way, and in a professional and efficient manner.
