Dusti Ukeiley earned her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Ms. Ukeiley received her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2003, graduating cum laude.

During law school Ms. Ukeiley interned with the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Nevada, and remains licensed to practice law in Nevada, as well as in both the state and federal courts of California. Her practice is currently limited to family law.
