Amy Van Sickle earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from California Lutheran University and her Juris Doctorate from Ventura College of Law in 2000. Ms. Van Sickle has been employed by Van Sickle & Rowley since 1992 as a law clerk and Certified Law Student prior to her becoming a member of the California Bar. Ms. Van Sickle has extensive experience in enforcement matters including determination and collection of child and spousal support arrearages, wage assignments and garnishments, writs of attachment, writs of execution, support judgments and preparation of contempt proceedings. Her practice is currently limited to the area of family law.
